JOINT PRESERVATION SURGERY
I performed arthroscopic Meniscectomy plus proximal tibial osteotomy with bone grafting at AO Sports Injury Unit karachi. This will allow him to go back to normal activities of life and prevent him from having joint replacement for many years to come. Look at 8 weeks post op X-RAY 100% Union and patient completely pain free as most of the weight bearing is now on the lateral side.
ARTHROSCOPIC SHOULDER STABILISATION
24 year old gentleman who suffered from recurrent shoulder dislocation for the last 8 years. He was keen sportsmen and loved to play football but due to recurrence of dislocation he stopped his passion of football His symptoms were so severe that he use to dislocate his shoulder even during asleep He came to see me 12 months back with this problem and I offered him arthroscopic shoulder stabilisation which I believe is the first case in pakistan or at least in karachi
